To contact me, just use the form below, it will send me an eMail. I will answer your eMail just as soon as humanly possible. If you've not heard from me, within a few days, it means something went wrong. Here's a few things that might help:

• Please double check your eMail address before you send.
• Please white list herbal-howto-guide.com so I can respond to you. Many times I've tried replying only to have my answer sent back to me with a note that tells me I'm blocked.
• You may want to look through your trash or spam folder. Sometimes eMail is wrongly sent to these folders.
• I've also had messages sent back to me telling me the user's account is over quota. That means you'll have to delete eMails before you can get any new ones. So please be sure there's enough room in your eMail account to get an answer.
• The Internet is not perfect. eMail to me can be lost as well as my eMail back to you could be lost. If you haven't received an answer within a few days - try sending again, just in case.
